Latitude expands hotel offering

Latitude has announced significant developments to its portfolio, ahead of the launch of
its new brochure. The 2007 collection, the third from Latitude since its creation in December 2004,
provides a truly worldwide range of the world’s finest and most exclusive hotels.
Key areas of expansion include Africa, the Far East, USA and Australasia.
Specifically, the new destinations added to the portfolio are Australia, Bora Bora,
Borneo, Botswana, Fiji, Sri Lanka and St Martin in the Caribbean.

As part of the expansion Latitude has added 66 new hotels to its collection. The
development of the programme reflects Latitude’s sales growth, with sales having
tripled in its second year of operation.

Jill Thompson, General Manager for Latitude said: “With luxury resorts being
developed all the time, the team works very hard to ensure that we are offering
customers the world’s best hotels in our collection.  Each entry within the new
brochure aims to capture the experience on offer at each hotel. We have also added
in sample itineraries to offer customers a flavour of the options, but of course
their Personal Travel Advisor will tailor the perfect trip to suit their needs.  The
last few months have involved extensive training for our Advisors, including visits
to many of the destinations and hotels, to ensure they have the best knowledge to
share with agents and their customers. “
