Vail Resorts confirms that its subsidiary RockResorts will no longer
manage the Cheeca Lodge & Spa as part of its luxury hotel brand.The hotel’s
ownership, Cheeca Holdings LLC, terminated the management agreement without
advance notice effective March 6, 2006, in violation of the management
contract entered into between the parties.  RockResorts intends to pursue its
legal rights.
