Oman travel agencies honoured

Sabre Travel Network Middle East (STNME) hosted an awards ceremony in Oman to honor travel agencies across the country.
The event took place at Crowne Plaza, Muscat in the presence of representatives from the travel agency community.

Daniel Naoumovitch, Chief Executive Officer-STNME, commented: “With Oman travel growth at 10 percent and accelerating, airlines and hotels receive most of the credit. However, the hard work and contribution of travel agents is more vital to sustain this growth and often is overlooked by the industry.
“On behalf of Sabre Travel Network Middle East I am pleased to host such an event where we can officially acknowledge our travel agency community and recognize them with well-deserved awards for their achievement in the past year.”

“Sabre Travel Network is very proud of its association with its partners, Gulf Air and Oman Air, and the great strides they’ve made throughout the region. We are confident their future growth and support strengthen Sabre’s position as the leading travel technology provider in the region.”

Quintin Scholtz, Regional Manager-STNME said “Travel agencies are our productive business consumers, their growth and satisfaction signifies ours. We are creating new business products, marketing tools and strengthening our local capabilities to deliver more value to them. This award ceremony is an initiative we have taken to express our support and sincere appreciation. ”
