Qatar boosts talent management

Qatar Airways is selecting Taleo to power their global talent management initiative. With plans to double Qatar’s employee headcount over the next five years. With a national, strategic objective to draw more tourism, Qatar Airways turned to Taleo to help attract and recruit the necessary skilled labor to foster a positive experience for tourists, and support the nation’s rapid growth.

Qatar Airways will use Taleo’s talent management solutions to attract and find the highest quality and most experienced candidates in the airline industry.

Additionally, Taleo’s solutions will manage Qatar Airways’ unique interview and screening process.

As part of this process, candidates are flown to Qatar for a face to face interview and assessment.

With Taleo, this once manual and inconsistent process will now be automated, resulting in cost savings, productivity and process improvements and a positive candidate experience.
