Choice Hotels Europe is opening its newly built £4 million Sleep Inn Derby. Creating 30 new jobs locally the hotel is situated adjacent to Pride Park - the home of Derby County Football Club, and in the centre of a thriving business park. The hotel is the sixth Sleep Inn hotel to open in the UK following the new design and layout, which aims to raise the standards of the premium budget hotel product in Europe.

Martin Charles, general manager of the new hotel said, “We couldn’t have asked for a more strategically placed hotel! With the football stadium so close, we are well served to meet leisure business and, with so many commercial organisations in our back yard, we are already seeing a lot of interest from corporate clients. The 180 acre business park site has really put Derby on the map and the desperate need for a good quality hotel which exceeds the expectations of the budget conscious traveler has finally been met by The Sleep Inn!”
