Costa Bonita changes hands

Costa Bonita Resort, located at Ensenada
Honda in Culebra, Puerto Rico, has recently contracted New Jersey-based Key
Management Group (KMG) to handle the US$45 million property’s operations.With
combined experience in hotel operation and vanguard marketing strategies, Key
Management Group will develop the Costa Bonita brand and lead the newly-renovated
property to greater profitability.

Albert Laclé, CEO of Key Management Group, is very enthusiastic about Costa Bonita’s
future. “Costa Bonita Resort is an amazing property and one of the best kept secrets
of the Caribbean,” said Laclé.

“As the Costa Bonita’s new operational management company, we intend to kick-off the
resort’s reopening and launch the new Costa Bonita brand with an integrated sales
and marketing strategy,” added Laclé.

Walter Kohlross, president of Key Management Group, has decades of experience
organizing and coordinating restaurant and hotel operations, and will be working
closely with Laclé to develop a distinct brand to reflect the unique splendor of the
164-villa resort. “We are faced with the exciting challenge of developing
top-of-mind awareness of Costa Bonita Resort to all travelers looking for a truly
amazing vacation experience,” said Kohlross.

“All villas are fully equipped and include kitchenettes, ocean view balconies and
amenities to accommodate up to four people, and the landscapes are truly
spectacular,” noted Kohlross.

Renovations are expected to be completed during the next 60 days, when Costa
Bonita’s restaurants, spa and water sports facilities will reopen for guests’
enjoyment. Key Management Group will personally oversee the opening of all
restaurants, including the Pelican Grill, Infinity Pool Bar and Mahi-Mahi Bar &
Restaurant.
