Worldspan’s e-pricing platform - which allows access to low fare, shopping, pricing and booking capabilities - will be available to connected UK travel retailers from March.

E-Pricing has the capacity to search millions of fares and itinerary options to find the lowest available fares for travellers.

“The essence of booking travel online is flexibility,” said Graham Nichols, Worldspan’s Vice President and General Manager. “E-Pricing allows this to happen in a very simple way that none of our competitors have.”

Travel agencies, airlines and online travel buyers are able to complete searches in seconds with just one entry and itineraries are returned ready for instant bookings.

“This shift has placed significant demand on all travel agencies, airlines and web sites to remain competitive by offering comparable shopping prowess,” said Nichols.

The e-Pricing platform will be introduced across Europe this summer.
