52-room Royal Beach Motel in separate deals, further broadening its guest offerings.Ocean Waters owns more than two dozen hotels and manages more than 2,700
hotel rooms along the Atlantic in northeast Florida.
  The Sea Garden Inn, located at 3161 S. Atlantic Avenue in Daytona Beach
Shores, is a nine-story, 143-room hotel with ocean and beach views.  Featuring
an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a seasonal poolside bar and grill, the
Sea Garden Inn offers families a place to relax and get away. The outdoor pool

  The 52-room Royal Beach Motel gives Ocean Waters an additional hotel for

Avenue, features an Olympic-sized swimming pool and oceanfront sundeck.  Each
guestroom includes a refrigerator and cable TV with HBO.
