The premiere of the W Las Vegas Residences Lounge at Village at the Lift will take place during the 2006 Park City film festival.The W Las Vegas Residences Lounge will host exclusive events and activities throughout the
week and offer film festival attendees an early taste of the anticipated Las
Vegas project, set to open in early 2009, with residences on sale to the
public in Spring 2006.
  A-list celebrities and select festival guests will have an exclusive
opportunity to participate in the first-ever W Las Vegas Poker Invitational.
Only 50 spots will be available in the high-profile tournament in which one
lucky player will win a fully-furnished condo in the new development.  The W
Las Vegas Poker Invitational will be a private, invitation-only tournament and
cocktail reception featuring various celebrities and both amateur and
professional players, including Phil Hellmuth, Antonio Esfandiari, Annie Duke,
Phil Gordon and Phil Laak.
  “The W Las Vegas wanted to offer our friends in the film industry an
exclusive first look at the vision we have created for our new property and
this year’s film festival was the ideal venue,” said Reagan Silber,
Co-Chairman of Edge Resorts, who, in a joint venture with W Hotels Worldwide,
is bringing the W Hotel brand to Las Vegas.
