New boss for InterConti Dubai
Jorgen Jorgensen has been appointed by InterContinental Hotels Group as
General Manager of the InterContinental Dubai.
InterContinental announced Jorgensen’s new appointment at the 287-room hotel, following his previous posting as
General Manager of the stunning InterContinental Aphrodite Hills,
After working within the hotel industry for more than 30 years,
Jorgensen brings a wealth of experience to his new role having held
managerial positions at properties across the world, including the UK,
America, Indonesia, Europe and now the Middle East.
The Danish father-of-two attributes his career success to a neighbour’s

After working with InterContinental Hotels Group for 10 years, Jorgensen
is a strong believer in the InterContinental brand and is looking
forward to taking on his new role at the landmark property, which this
year celebrated its 30th anniversary of providing 5-star service to
visitors, making it the longest serving 5-star property in the country.
