Happy 65th to BWIA

BWIA is celebrating its65th year of service flying worldwide from the Caribbean. The airline began operations in 1940 servicing Tobago and Barbados and has now grown to an international network of fifteen destinations.Based in Trinidad and Tobago, BWIA offers more daily and weekly flights into and out of the Caribbean than any other airline, facilitating easy connections to Europe, the Far East and the United States.

Throughout its 65 year history, BWIA has created a world class aviation industry within the region and has made a significant contribution to the development of regional tourism, trade, culture, technology, sports and the arts.
