Starwood has announced plans to build a new St. Regis property in Atlanta. Owned by SR Hotel Development and managed by Starwood’s ultra-luxe St. Regis brand, the 26-story, 150-room hotel is expected to be Atlanta’s most luxurious hotel.Scheduled to open in the first half of 2008, The St. Regis will also feature 50 magnificent wholly-owned St. Regis Residences, destined to be the finest dwellings in the area. Many of Atlanta’s most prominent residents have already reserved more than half of the exclusive residences.
St. Regis Hotel, Atlanta will be located in the heart of Buckhead at One Hundred West Paces Ferry Road. Recently named by Robb Report as one of the country’s top ten affluent communities, Buckhead is regarded as one of the country’s most prestigious enclaves. The St. Regis Hotel, Atlanta will be located in the upscale Buckhead Plaza mixed-use development, providing a true urban atmosphere where hotel guests and residents will be within walking distance to fine restaurants, shopping, galleries and offices.
