Affordable island hopping

Caribbean travellers now have the opportunity to island hop across the region for a more pocket friendly fare with Caribbean Star Airlines’ new low season campaign.
“The Swift Way to Fly” campaign, is effective until 31 October 2005, and involves all 13 of Caribbean Star’s destinations. It offers fares from as low as US$40.00 (return) on specific routes, while the other routes offer competitive fares to realise the airline’s objective to provide more
affordable travel during the current low season period.

Speaking of the airline’s low season campaign, Edward Gilkes, chief operating officer Caribbean Star Airlines, commented: “Our fares are an initiative to make regional travel more affordable to all our passengers and a continuation of our commitment to regionalism. We are not just an airline but an integral part of the life of the citizens of the Caribbean since we provide access to each other through airline travel.”

He added, “Since inception, Caribbean Star Airlines has made every effort to connect the Caribbean through our competitive pricing, our network of destinations, our warm and friendly in-flight service and our corporate contributions.”

The airline this week held celebrations to commemorate its Fifth Anniversary of operations.
