Carnival UK Enhances Booking Technology
Amadeus has signed a five year contract with Carnival UK. Amadeus will provide Carnival UK’s Fly Cruise and Marine Travel booking divisions with a tailored front and mid office solution using Amadeus Vista and ACE.
Both parties have also worked together to develop a bespoke script library which enhances Carnival UK’s workflow and data accuracy through automation.
