Hyatt Vineyard Creek Offered for Sale

Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has been selected to market for sale the 155-room Hyatt Vineyard Creek, situated in the heart of the Sonoma County wine country.  The property, which was built in 2002, will continue to be engaged by Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. With over 40,000 square feet of total meeting space, including a 22,000-square-foot outdoor courtyard, and a spa with 10 treatment rooms, the hotel is strategically poised to capture the rebounding corporate, leisure and group demand attracted to the area.

“The Hyatt Vineyard Creek is a one-of-a-kind asset in the San Francisco Bay Area. In addition to the excellent physical product, the hotel’s recent affiliation with Hyatt Hotels will allow it to further penetrate the resurgent hotel market and continue to increase average daily rate,” said John Strauss, senior vice president, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels.

“Given the high barriers-to-entry in this market and future expansion potential of the hotel, the sale of the property represents one of the most appealing San Francisco-area hotel investment opportunities in the recent history,” added Arthur Buser, managing director for Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels in Los Angeles. “From a location standpoint, it rests in the heart of Santa Rosa, 45 minutes from downtown San Francisco and proximate to over 150 world renowned wineries in Sonoma County.”
