Quality Hotel Trials New In-Room Entertainment System
London Town Hotels has started trialling Quadriga’s new in-room entertainment system in the Quality Hotel, Hyde Park. Quadriga is offering ‘Genesis on any network’ making it easier and more cost effective for a wider audience of hoteliers to provide luxury guest services over a standard coaxial network.
In a new development, the Genesis system can be deployed on a coaxial network, providing a far wider range of hotels with the opportunity to improve guest satisfaction levels and drive revenue improvement by offering guests a comprehensive array of luxury entertainment and communication services.
Malcolm Linforth-Jones, Director of Operations for London Town Hotels, commented, “Genesis offers everything guests now expect to find in their room, it’s simple to use as well as being flexible”. He added: “We know Genesis revenues are significantly higher than the analogue system and our latest installation at Hyde Park reinforces this, yet again. We are very encouraged by the increased revenue performance levels we have experienced in recent weeks and have been pleased to see high purchase levels of the internet on TV service and Quadriga’s unique ‘special offer’ bundled service package which we have started to promote at check-in.”
According to Myron Tataryn, Director of Sales and Marketing at Quadriga Worldwide, The demand for luxury services among hotel guests has increased significantly in recent years. He predicts 2006 will be a period of marked transformation for the market.
