The Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) has produced a handbook on best human
resource practices to help customer-driven tourism industry leaders in the Caribbean
region improve the quality of service that they deliver.
The manual, Competing With The Best - Good Human Resource Practices in Caribbean
Tourism, is the first in an annual series on best practices handbooks which CTO’s
Human Resources Division plans to produce to highlight positive tourism development
and management practices in the region.
