Noble House Appoints Kelly Fogarty

Noble House Hotels & Resorts has appointed Kelly Fogarty as director of sales & marketing of The Portofino Hotel & Yacht Club, Los Angeles’ waterside hotel and marina.Ê In this role, Fogarty will be responsible for group business, developing marketing plans and increasing room sales.Ê
A longstanding resident of the Los Angeles area, Fogarty has over 20 years of sales and marketing background in the luxury hospitality market.Ê Most recently, Fogarty served as director of sales & marketing for the Sheraton Delfina in Santa Monica, CA.Ê Prior to that, she also served in similar positions at the Hollywood Roosevelt, the Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills and the Mondrian in West Hollywood.Ê She opened the Hotel Nikko Beverly Hills and the St. James’s Club in West Hollywood and was part of the pre-opening team for Park Hyatt on Santa Monica Beach.ÊÊ

The Portofino is scheduled to begin a $9 million transformation this fall, culminating in the summer of 2006. The renovation plans include all new bathrooms and the addition of plasma TVs in guestrooms, a revamping of the hotel’s exterior, an expansion of the outside pool area and brand new landscaping and docks.
