Mike Larson Appointment in Denver

Doubletree Hotels has announced that Mike Larson has been appointed general manager of the Doubletree Denver & Red Lion Denver Central hotel complex in Denver. A 20-year hospitality industry veteran, Larson most recently served as hotel manager of the Doubletree San Jose.
Larson began his career with the Red Lion Hotel SeaTac in Seattle. From there, he held assistant general manager positions at the Red Lion Wenatchee, Wash.; Red Lion Spokane Valley, Wash.; and Red Lion Hotel Edgewater, Missoula, Mont. He then held general manager positions at several hotels, including the Red Lion Port Angeles, Wash.; Doubletree Hotel Hansford House, Richland, Wash.; Doubletree Hotel Yakima Valley, Wash.; Red Lion Denver Central, Denver, Colo. and most recently served as hotel manager of the Doubletree San Jose, Calif.
The Doubletree Denver and Red Lion Denver Central hotel complex is located in the vibrant Stapleton Redevelopment District. These hotels are conveniently located just minutes from downtown Denver and continue to offer complimentary transportation to and from Denver International Airport. The Doubletree offers 560 deluxe guest rooms, 28,000 square feet of flexible meeting space and accommodates a wide variety of meeting and conventions. The Red Lion features 297 guest rooms and two new flexible ballrooms - one at 8,000 square feet and the other at 4,000 square feet - along with a state-of-the-art boardroom.
