The survey revealed the top dozen holiday essentials are:

Brian Raven, Heathrow Express Managing Director said,” The Heathrow Express is sometimes perceived as a train service that is only for the business traveller. But we also carry several thousands of leisure passengers each day and we wanted to learn more about their needs and wants.
