Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., will deliver the keynote address at the Caribbean Hotel Association’s (CHA) upcoming Caribbean Hotel
Industry Conference (CHIC) 2005, to be held June 26-29, 2005, at the Hyatt Regency Miami - the first time the event is held outside the Caribbean region. A resolute defender of the environment, Kennedy Jr. is expected to challenge Caribbean hoteliers to come to terms with the short and long term impact of sound environmental policies and procedures within a commercial context.

“CHA is raising the bar for Caribbean hospitality at its annual conference, meeting the challenge of being more relevant to the Caribbean hotel sector,” said CHA President Berthia M.
Parle, MBE.

“Mr. Kennedy will eloquently set the stage for four days of urgent attention to the sustainability of our Caribbean tourism product.”
