CMExPress to Be Broadcast Live on Web Tomorrow

Counterpart International’s Caribbean Media Exchange on Sustainable Tourism Conference (CMExPress) will be carried live over the Internet from Antigua tomorrow.
This weekend Bobby Vieira, executive director of We are the Caribbean said his organisation will carry live audio of the meeting on its website, www.wearethecaribbean.com from Sandals Antigua.

He pointed out that the site has been in the forefront of covering events in the Caribbean and North America, including the recently concluded Caribbean Week in New York and the Caribbean Tourism Organisation’s Sustainable Tourism Conference in Tobago.

Antigua and Barbuda is welcoming Chris Dehring, Managing Director and CEO of ICC Cricket World Cup West Indies 2007 Inc. who will share the platform with experts in the field of media, sports, tourism and natural disaster management to discuss preparations for the world tournament and preparations for the upcoming hurricane season.

The website, according to Vieira, receives hits from surfers from as far as Kiev in the Ukraine to “down under” in Australia as well as throughout the Caribbean and Europe.
