be included with the purchase of select Sea Island Properties providing
new Sea Island residential owners with all the benefits of Marquis Jet
Card ownership. The Marquis Jet Card provides the convenience, quality and
safety of NetJets 25 hours at a time. Packaging Marquis Jet Cards with select Sea Island properties is a highly
unique concept that provides unprecedented accessibility to the renowned
Sea Island resort. While the closest commercial airports in Jacksonville
and Savannah are an hour away from Sea Island, Marquis Jet Card owners
will fly directly into McKinnon St. Simons Island Airport, only minutes
away from the Mobil 5 Star, Lodge at Sea Island; The Cloister at Sea
Island; Sea Island’s exclusive real estate developments and some of the
very best golfing in the world.

Currently, the Sea Island Company is further developing their new Beach
and Ocean Club properties at The Cloister on Sea Island while continuing
the development of their exclusive residential development, Frederica, on
St Simons Island. A Marquis Jet Card will be packaged into the purchase of
select Sea Island properties.
