The Atlantic City Hilton announced today two senior level organizational changes highlighted by the appointment of a new President. Nicholas Ribis, Vice Chairman, President and CEO of Resorts International Holdings Inc. announced the appointment of Anthony Rodio to the position of President of the Atlantic City Hilton. The appointment is effective June 1, 2005.

Mr. Rodio, a veteran casino executive, is a Hammonton, New Jersey native with more than 24 years of experience in the Atlantic City gaming industry. Since 1998 until his appointment with the Hilton, he served as Vice president of Finance and Administration for Harrah’s and Showboat. Prior thereto, he held executive positions with Trump Marina, Trump Plaza and Resorts.

Ribis commented, “I have worked closely with Tony for many years, and know first-hand of his many talents, leadership skills, and keen insights into the casino industry. We are delighted to have Tony join our organization and we plan to capitalize on his skills and organizational talent to help us lead the Hilton back to the level of prominence it enjoyed several years ago. We have some unique plans for expanding the operations at the Hilton, and we know that Tony will become our point-person to lead the implementation of those initiatives.”

Mr. Ribis also announced the appointment of Phil Juliano to the position of Executive Vice President for the Hilton Operation. Ribis added that “Mr. Juliano is a long time Atlantic City resident and seasoned marketing executive. We believe his recent successes at Harrah’s and Horseshoe Casinos will assist the Hilton management team to bring a new marketing dimension to the Hilton Operation in Atlantic City.”

Nicholas Amato, Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Resorts Holdings, will continue to serve as Acting President of the Hilton until Mr. Rodio begins his duties in June.
