Divi Little Bay Beach Resort in St. Maarten, recently voted one of the Caribbean’s “Best Large Hotels” and “Best Resorts with a View” in Caribbean Travel & Life magazine’s 2005 Best of the Caribbean Reader’s Choice Awards, has announced the opening of a new water sports centre. Officially opened in April 2005 and located on the beach, the Divi Little Bay Watersports Centre is one of the first places in the world to offer Yamaha’s new more environmentally-friendly VX110? WaveRunners®.

These new family watercraft which can accommodate up to three people, utilise the latest in low-noise, low-emission technology and are 75% cleaner, 80% quieter and 20% more fuel efficient than older models.

The centre also offers pedal boat, single and double kayak, sailboat, mask, snorkel, fin, float and water toy rentals and for resort guests wanting to spend time underwater snorkel trips are also available.
