Wayport Acquires Netpoint

Wayport has acquired NetPoint A/S, one of the largest providers of high-speed Internet access for the hospitality industry in Europe and the Middle East.

The NetPoint acquisition brings with it more than 120 premium hotel properties across 24 countries including hotels from chains such as Accor/Sofitel, Mercure, Ibis, First, Hilton, Park Inn, Radisson SAS, Remmen, Scandic and Zleep - as well as a number of privately held hotel properties. The NetPoint team, based in Copenhagen, Denmark, will drive Wayport’s strategic focus on expanding operations in Europe and the Middle East.
