Leading Hotels of the World has launched toll-free numbers in the Middle East. The new call service centre offers full concierge service to travel agents as well as end consumers. It can be reached in the UAE on 800 532 3464; in Saudi Arabia on 800 897 1488 and in Bahrain on 8000 4086. All numbers are toll-free.
“The Leading Hotels of the World has done all the groundwork for you,” said regional sales director Michael Lutze. “With our unique Quality Assurance system all customers know that when staying at a Leading Hotel of the World, they will be staying in a world class property. All hotels are inspected before admission into our organisation and we keep sending inspectors at least every 18 months.”

The new Dubai-based team of experienced agents is an additional plus point, said Lutze. “The knowledge that there is a friendly and knowledgeable voice on the end of the phone to look after your holiday needs - right down to booking a babysitter for the children or wheelchair access to your room - is so important these days.

“Although there are increasing numbers of people using the internet to book flights or cheap package holidays, we find that customers value the personal service they can receive at a service centre of The Leading Hotels of the World, as well as its member hotels.”

Other than through the toll-free numbers the service centre can also be reached on +971 4 366 1255. The office will be manned with Arabic- and English-speaking professionals and is currently open Sundays to Thursdays.
