Montpelier Plantation Inn Voted One of Best Boutique Hotels in the Caribbean

The results of the 2005 Caribbean Travel & Life Best of the Caribbean Awards have been announced and Montpelier Plantation Inn, the luxurious 17-room hotel in Nevis has been named one of the top boutique hotels in the Caribbean. Montpelier Plantation Inn was one of four boutique hotels throughout the Caribbean to receive this recognition, with a boutique hotel defined as a hotel having less than 20 rooms.

The Mill restaurant was one of four restaurants to receive the honor of “Best Restaurant.” Votes were cast by readers of Caribbean Travel & Life magazine via post mail or on the magazine’s website during the latter part of 2004.

Results of the 2005 Awards will be published in the May 2005 “Best of the Caribbean” issue of the magazine.

“Being recognized by the people who know the Caribbean best, the readers of Caribbean Travel & Life magazine, not only as one of the ‘Best Boutique Hotels’ in the Caribbean but also for the gourmet dining we offer is a real honour and a tribute to the team here,” said Timothy Hoffman, one of the owners/managers of Montpelier Plantation Inn.
