Antigua opens new resort and restaurant

Antigua recently recently saw the opening of the Palm Bay Beach resort, an ideal hideaway with just five charming, secluded stone cottages surrounded by a lush green garden and situated in front of a beautiful private beach.
Guests can enjoy soaking up the sun on the fine white sand, swimming in the tranquil pool or catching the free boat shuttle to the uninhabited green island for spectacular snorkelling.

Also new to the West side of Antigua is the striking Sunset Terrace, one of Antigua’s newest eateries.

At the Sunset Terrace, diners can choose from exquisite international and Caribbean cuisines, as well as experiencing ‘interactive dining’, where visitors are invited into the open kitchen and encouraged to try their hand at such tasks as cleaning the freshly caught fish, preparing homemade ice-cream and local fruit and vegetable juices, kneading dough for breads and buns or whipping pastry batter.

With only fifteen tables at the unique hillside restaurant, visitors are encouraged to make reservations.
