Crested Butte Mountain Resort Chooses Inntopia Software

Sterling Valley Systems, Inc., operators of Inntopia, today announces that Crested Butte Mountain Resort has chosen InntopiaCRS for its call center technology. Installation will take place this summer, in advance of the 2006 winter season.

“Getting the nod from another major western ski destination confirms that InntopiaCRS is a great fit for destination reservation centers,” confirms Trevor Crist, president of Inntopia. “We are very pleased that they have chosen the Inntopia platform to power their area-wide reservations.”

InntopiaCRS is a hosted, browser-based model that integrates the call center seamlessly with Internet reservations at the reservation center’s Web site and GDS and IDS providers, allowing for greater distribution of inventory. The system also makes it easy for both agents and guests to dynamically build packages with lodging, activities and air bookings.

“We are very excited to be taking this enormous step forward,” shares Jeff Moffett, director, central reservations and revenue management, Crested Butte Mountain Resort. “InntopiaCRS represents a major technological improvement that will allow us to better serve our guests and suppliers and fits with the Mueller’s plans to make Crested Butte Mountain Resort the ‘Best of the West’. Excellent referrals and a demonstrated product were important factors in choosing InntopiaCRS.”

InntopiaCRS will be installed in August in advance of the 2005-2006 winter ski season. Crested Butte will use Inntopia’s full product suite, including the new InntopiaAir module, which facilitates dynamic packaging using both negotiated and public air fares.
