Jolla has completed a $5 million dollar renovation of its 350 guest rooms.
Reflecting a softer, more residential feel, the renovation takes the guest
rooms and comfort to a whole new dimension. Each guestroom features an
Antique Gold Deep Green palate, with rich fabrics of Mediterranean design
and subtle hints of Crimson/Gold. The duvets are accentuated with a rich
gold tone and Crimson border on top of a luxurious pillow-top mattress.
The finishing touch to this inviting bed is the burgundy Bed Blanket.No renovation is complete without serious thought given to the needs of
the business traveler, and this re-do is no exception. Each guestroom has
new lighting fixtures, chairs and a comfortable work station for travelers
who want to stay “connected.” With easy desktop connections, guests can
plug into the hotel’s high-speed Internet, and can access Wired For
Business (TM) for $9.95 per 24 hour period, which includes internet
access, local calls and long distance-domestic calls.
Also Included in this new guestroom experience are all new bathroom
accessories imported granite counter tops, new residential lighting,
elegant gold framed mirrors, and tile floors that extend from the bathroom
through the entry way. All guest room corridors were completely redone and
provide an elegant flare to the guest’s arrival experience.
The San Diego Marriott La Jolla is an upscale property located in the
