Red Lion Becomes 16th Brand in Remington Portfolio

Remington Hotel Corporation, the premier
service provider to the hospitality industry, today announced that
Lone Star Funds and Hudson Advisers have selected the company to provide
Property Management services to the 169-room Red Lion Hotel in Lawton, OK,
effective February 21, 2005. Located on NW Cache Road near historic Fort Sill military base, the Red
Lion Hotel Lawton features a full-service restaurant with complementary
breakfast, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, lounge, business center and
fitness center. The 168 guestrooms and one suite feature coffee maker,
iron and ironing board, hairdryers, in-room satellite television and free
local phone calls. The hotel also includes 3,100 square feet of meeting
and banquet facilities.
