Wizcom Reports 50% Growth in Transactions

WizCom International has announced record-breaking transaction volume since the onset of 2005.Ê With a total of 207 million transactions in January 2005, WizCom provided its industry clients with an average 50 percent increase over January 2004 volume.Ê WizCom provides its hotel and car rental clients with secure and reliable ‘next generation seamless’ switch connectivity to access all global distribution systems (GDS), as well as ‘Hotel Cache’ a CRS buffering solution, and ‘Easy Access Plus’ a suite of Data Management tools.

WizCom’s success has also enabled positive results for other Cendant Travel Distribution Services’ (TDS) clients that utilize its innovative connectivity technology including Neat Dynamic Packaging which calculated over 20 million lodging transactions since Jan. 1, 2005.Ê Additionally, Galileo’s hotel and car business that went through WizCom’s switch jumped over 180 percent in Jan. 2005 (compared to Jan. 04).ÊÊÊ
