American Airlines customers visiting AA.com will find the absolute lowest
fares available for American, American Eagle and AmericanConnection(R)
“American Airlines has been committed to providing customers the best

with a Lowest Fare Guarantee,” said Dan Garton, Executive Vice President
of Marketing, American Airlines. “This, combined with our recently
implemented domestic fares pricing, gives customers the assurance that
they will find our best fares in one place: AA.com. Customers pay no
online booking fees and earn up to 1,000 AAdvantage(R) bonus miles for
each round trip ticket they purchase on AA.com, making it a one-stop shop
for customers looking for the best deal.”
Earlier this year, American announced a new fare structure, reducing the
highest fares for last-minute travel in thousands of markets throughout
the continental United States. In most markets, Saturday-night stay
requirements have been eliminated.
Customers who find a lower American fare for the identical itinerary on
another travel Web site will be refunded the difference and receive a $50
travel voucher good on any future American, American Eagle or
AmericanConnection carrier flight.
To qualify for the guarantee, the lower fare must be: * found on another
travel Web site; * at least $5 less than the airfare purchased on AA.com
that same day; * for the exact same flight, itinerary, date and cabin,
with the same fare rules.
Additionally, the itinerary must be purchased through AA.com, originate
within the domestic 50 United States, and be for flights on American
Airlines, American Eagle and AmericanConnection only.
To submit a claim, customers should go to the Contact AA tab on AA.com and
select the AA.com Web Services link for the online submittal form. Claims
must be submitted by midnight Central Standard Time on the day the ticket
