As the results of the latest Employee Satisfaction Surveys have shown, the levels of both guest and employee satisfaction throughout 2004 have reached the highest ever recorded throughout the hotels in the Middle East & Turkey.

As an establishment that values its employees, it was a tremendous achievement for The Ritz-Carlton Hotels in this region to obtain some of the highest Employee Satisfaction results in the company - with Dubai obtaining a score of 99% satisfaction,” said Vice President and Area General Manager Middle East, Marc Dardenne. “Our commitment to our guests will be coupled into the new year with our continued commitment to our people.”
In Doha, the 500 strong work-force also brought outstanding results at 95%. “The Ritz-Carlton fosters a work environment where the quality of life is enhanced. To complete the regions performance, The Ritz-Carlton Sharm El Sheikh celebrated with 98% from their employees in Egypt; after a successful conversion to a Ritz-Carlton in Bahrain the result was 96%, a score which was shared by The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul, and which is far above the hospitality industry’s average in the region.
