World’s Finest Resorts Announces New Affiliation

The WORLD’S FINEST RESORTS
announces the selection of two more Signature Homes into its collection of
distinctive resorts, hotels, services and benefits. They are The Lorian #8
Penthouse, Mountain Village, Telluride, Colorado and The Ridge, Ruidoso,
New Mexico. World’s Finest Resorts is the world’s leading brand of trade and
travel benefits services for discerning luxury resort property owners.

According to Ashley Offermann, WFR Vice President of Sales, “The World’s
Finest Resorts offers exchange opportunities to its members in more than
50 locations around the world. Although completely unique in and of
themselves, Signature Homes must fit the following criteria to become part
of our growing collection. These homes are luxurious single-family
residences, internationally or regionally recognized resort locations,
central to area amenities, concierge services, and offer the utmost in
privacy, accommodations and comfort.”

According to Jane Kaster, Vice President of Member Services The World’s
Finest Resorts, the Telluride and Ruidoso properties “fit all the
essential criteria of selection that we demand of our affiliated resorts.

“With Telluride being the hot spot for second homes, The Lorian #8
Penthouse is a particularly welcome addition to our collection,” says
Kaster.

The three bedroom, three bath luxurious condominium faces West with
inspirational and sweeping views of the mountains. It comes complete with
laundry facilities, gas fireplace, steam shower, and jetted tub. There is
plenty of room for family and friends with a spacious floor plan and
complete kitchen. The Lorian condominium complex offers a club house,
private ski lockers, outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and underground
parking. World’s Finest Resort members will find themselves 20 yards from
the Double Cabins ski run and a short walk to the heart of Telluride’s
renowned Mountain Village.

The second exceptional Signature Home, The Ridge, is scheduled to come on
line this summer as part of this growing segment of the WFR Collection. It
is 3300 sq. ft with three bedrooms, three and three-quarter baths. The
master bedroom has a huge master suite with a spacious balcony overlooking
the majestic Rocky Mountains. The great room has a fireplace for chilly
evenings; and the property includes a hot tub, wine cellar and incredible
wildflower fields just out the door. As with any true residence, the
property includes complete laundry facilities.

“We built this enclave of homes to our own taste in a region we love. It
really is a pleasure to share them with The World’s Finest Resorts
members,” said Rick Riddle, developer of The Ridge.

Ruidoso, a quaint mountain town at the southern tip of the Rockies, is
noted as the southern most ski area in the United States. It has all the
skiing bells and whistles including a gondola and four high-speed lifts.
In the summer, Ruidoso’s old west small town atmosphere is a welcome
relief from high paced urban and suburban lifestyles. Golfing and fishing
vacations in an unusual location draws many experienced vacationers just
looking to relax. From Memorial Day through Labor Day you can find daily
quarter horse races.

Owners at these Signature Homes may trade for similar accommodations at
other luxurious destinations around the world; rent additional resort
stays at member preferred rates through the WFR on-line Resort Boutique,
or rent out their property through WFR for additional income; they may
also use the inherent value of homeownership as a down payment towards
luxury cruise and vacation packages, and also enjoy WFR member-only
special offers on travel packages and experiential vacations.

According to Ashley Offerman, Vice President of Sales for The World’s
Finest Resorts, “More and more developers are choosing to offer their
members the opportunity to trade into affiliated properties. Coming from a
sales perspective, I see that trading is not simply a benefit for the
owners at our affiliated properties; it is another excellent opportunity
for many of our developers to attract qualified buyers.”
