Fullying the Tsunami that devestated parts of Asia on Boxing Day Phuket Air would like to inform all passengers to the affected areas of Phuket and Krabi with departures up to the end of January 2005 that tickets may be changed free of charge or refunded fully upon cancellation.

For passengers travelling to Bangkok only, Phuket Air flights are unaffected and normal ticket rules will apply.

All Phuket Air direct flights from London Gatwick to Bangkok are unaffected and scheduled as normal. However, there are some disruptions to internal domestic flights and passengers are advised to check directly with Phuket Air on 0870 7745457 or with their travel agent.

Phuket Air is working in partnership with Tourism Authority of Thailand, Thai Airways International, and all domestic airlines to assist in any way that it can with the transfer of passengers from the affected areas of Thailand back to Bangkok.
