Emirates Flight Catering Co. L.L.C. has been honoured by Air France for its service delivery excellence, coming Runner-up in the Best Worldwide Caterer Awards.

The award was based on the criteria of Quality, Service, Competitiveness and the working relationship between the airline and their flight caterer. 

Emirates Flight Catering came a close second to the US-based caterer Flying Food, out of the 41 companies worldwide which supply catering on Air France flights.

Faysal Moufarraj, Emirates Flight Catering’s Deputy General Manager Airport Catering Services, received the award at a special presentation ceremony in Paris.

Mr Moufarraj said: “I am delighted to receive this award on behalf of Emirates Flight Catering from such a valued client as Air France.  This is truly a great accolade, coming from an airline which is based in the birthplace of haute cuisine.”
