New Apppointment for iJET

iJET Travel Risk Management
has today announced that Bruce Biesecker has been hired
as Vice President of Client Services. In this position, Bruce will
oversee three departments - Account Management, Customer Service and
Implementations - and is ultimately accountable for iJET’s customers’
experience and satisfaction.

“The demands of large multinational corporations require an intense
focus on customer service,” said iJET COO Marty Pfinsgraff.  “As iJET’s
client base grows and develops, we continually strive to maintain the
highest standards for client satisfaction.  Bruce brings with him a
wealth of experience in successfully supporting large organizations, and
we’re very pleased to be able to offer his expertise to our client
base.”

Before joining iJET, Bruce served as the Sr. Director of Service
Delivery for MCI in Ashburn, VA, where he managed the entire “Quote to
Cash” process for MCI’s Enterprise Hosting division.  At MCI he managed
a multi-million dollar budget and led six departments consisting of
technical analysis and specification, technology solution management,
order management, implementations, quality assurance and delivery
management.  Under Bruce’s leadership, customer satisfaction and on-time
delivery were at an all-time high.

Bruce was the Director of Client Services at Digex, before it was
acquired by MCI. In this role, he led a team of more than fifty
managers, project managers, technical account managers, and engineers
who were accountable and responsible for overall customer satisfaction.
Bruce acted as the internal advocate for Digex’s premier accounts such
as Anheuser-Busch, Novartis Pharmaceutical, American Honda Motor
Corporation, Philip Morris, J.P. Morgan and many other Fortune-500
clients. During his tenure, he increased customer satisfaction, helped
grow customer revenue by 380%, captured $3.5M in consulting fees, and
increased customer’s servers managed by 1,500%.

Biesecker stated.  A graduate of Virginia Tech, he currently lives in
Hanover, MD with his wife and family.
