May 8-15, 2005, Dr. Kenford Nedd, an M.D. in Behavioral Medicine and Stress Management in Canada, will conduct a Stress Management retreat to equip participants with techniques to remove stress from communication, boost brain power, create positive energy in the workplace, build an action plan for stress relief at work and at home, build superior relationships and be happy and motivated in these current stressful times.
