Hyatt Dorado Beach renovations scheduled for completion in Nov.
The Hyatt Dorado Beach Resort & Country Club will this year complete its 262 guest room renovation. The Caribbean’s only boutique resort offering the amenities of a resort twice its size, the Hyatt Dorado Beach Resort & Country Club’s multi-million dollar renovation provides a more inviting living space for its guests. The renovation of guest rooms is scheduled for completion in November 2004.
The renowned Hyatt Dorado Beach Resort & Country Club is located on 1,000 lush tropical acres. Approximately 85% of the resort’s rooms open onto private beaches, creating a comfortable and unique guest experience. The new renovation will continue that comfort indoors by providing the rooms with a palette of blue and gold.
A warm golden hue has been chosen for the wall colour of each guest room. Blue throws with combined blue and gold accented European oversized pillows, will provide plush bedding comfort.
Additional oversize throw pillows will add a decorative touch to the newly re-upholstered day bed found standard in each room.
“Our guests love the beauty of the property and already find comfort in their rooms, yet we felt we could add to their experience by providing the same colors indoors that Mother Nature provides to us outside,” said Fred Findlen, general manager of the Hyatt Dorado Beach Resort & Country Club. “The design colours compliment Laurence Rockefeller’s original vision of the resort that he built in the 1950s.”
