Vail Resorts Extends Agreement With Expedia and Hotels.com

Expedia, Inc. and Hotels.com(TM) today announced an agreement with Vail Resorts, Inc. to make its RockResorts luxury resorts available to the more than 30 million
monthly visitors shopping on Expedia.com(R) and Hotels.com. Through this
agreement, Expedia(R) and Hotels.com will further expand their inventory
of luxury destinations in some of the country’s top resort and ski markets.Vail Resorts owns leading ski resorts in Colorado and California in
addition to a summer resort in Grand Teton, Wyo. Vail Resorts also owns a
majority stake in RockResorts, a collection of owned and/or managed luxury
spas, lodges, and resorts located in distinctive destinations across North
America. With this agreement, Expedia and Hotels.com customers will now
have enhanced access to RockResorts properties and destination activities
at 10 distinct RockResorts properties in California, Colorado, Florida,
New Mexico, Vermont, Washington, and Wyoming.

way to find information and book a complete destination experience online,
including lodging and ski lift tickets alongside extras like equipment

that whole trip experience to our RockResorts customers and to introduce
Expedia and Hotels.com customers to some of the most unique luxury resorts
