The Serenity Spa at Seaham Hall hotel has appointed a Membership Co-ordinator.

Lisa Dearlove will have a dual role….looking after the current membership and increasing the number of people who use the spa.
“It’s a dream job,” said Lisa who was previously a researcher for the NHS. “It’s wonderful to be working for a company that promotes health and wellbeing. I’m sure that everyone knows the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle, taking plenty of exercise, but also spending some ‘quality time’ relaxing. Here at the Serenity Spa we offer a total solution.”

“Members and guests can either have a serious workout in our high-tech gym, or indulge in the very best pampering,” added Lisa.

At the moment, Serenity Spa is close to reaching capacity in terms of membership.

“With a membership limited to several hundred, we provide a very high level of one-to-one personal involvement.  We are obviously going to have a number of people who move away from the region or, for one reason or another can no longer come to Serenity Spa,” said Lisa. “This means that we have to continually monitor the situation and have prospective members waiting to join. Consequently, my twin role is to look after current members and ensure that new members are quickly added to our lists to avoid any disappointment.”

The Serenity Spa is unique. It is the only spa in the region to hold a 5-Wave rating from the British International Spa Association; it was voted World’s Best Spa for Style, Best Spa Retreat and Best UK Spa Break. And of course, Seaham Hall is England’s current AA Hotel of the Year.
