Hcareers teams up with CHA to power online career centre

Hcareers, the dominant job board for the hospitality industry worldwide has recently entered into a special partnership with the Caribbean Hotel Association (CHA), the leading hospitality and tourism association for the Caribbean community.
As part of the agreement, Hcareers has offered to build and power the Caribbean Hotel Association’s online Career Center, which is now located www.caribbeanhotels.org. This partnership provides 13,500 Caribbean Hotel Association members including hotels, airline executives, tour operators, travel agents, hotel and restaurant suppliers, and many other hospitality industry employers, with access to the largest pool of International hospitality professionals.

Members are encouraged to post all of their hospitality job vacancies on Hcareers, at a discounted rate. By posting their jobs on Hcareers, job listings will be viewed by more qualified hospitality job seekers than any other recruitment-advertising medium, including the newspaper or any other job board. Over 750,000 unique visitors visit Hcareers to look for hospitality employment each month.

Job postings will benefit from three times the exposure at no extra cost since they not only appear on Hcareers ( www.hcareers.com), but also automatically appear on several other career centers also powered by Hcareers, including the Caribbean Hotel Association’s Career Center, and the International Hotel & Restaurant Association’s Career Centre (www.ih-ra.com).

Job seekers have the ability to search through 48,000+ worldwide hospitality job vacancies posted on Hcareers in the last 45 days, at absolutely no charge. They can post their resume to the online resume database comprised of over 42,000 job seeker resumes, and reply online directly to employers who have job vacancies listed.

This relationship comes at a time when Caribbean travel and tourism employment makes up 15.5% of total Caribbean employment, or 1 in every 6.5 jobs, with a projected increase over the next 10 years.
