Neilson, a member of the Thomas Cook Group has selected RWA’s Sell-It Suite to provide powerful online browsing, searching and booking facilities for its customers.The selection of Sell-It Suite follows an extensive RFP and selection process run by the Thomas Cook Group. Commenting on the process and Sell-It Suite’s ultimate selection, Pete Tyler MD of Neilson stated, “We chose RWA’s Sell-It Suite because it was the only solution that provided us with what we were seeking - namely a powerful, flexible and reliable means of enabling our customers to find a holiday of their choice and then book it. Sell-It’s unique holiday browse capability and easy-to-use booking screens will ensure that our customers can browse and book with confidence.”
Sell-It Suite will receive product inventory and pricing from Thomas Cook’s TOS reservation system, enrich it with additional product attributes e.g. marketing types, combine it with existing brochure content and provide visitors to the Neilson web site with a natural and easy way of browsing and booking the extensive range of holidays that Neilson offers. This new “transactional” web site will be seamlessly integrated with the existing Neilson site to provide a new site offering excellent brochure content, pre and post holiday ‘experience’ facilities and reliable online browsing and booking.
