CSM Lodging has added to its national
hotel portfolio by acquiring the Holiday Inn Minneapolis West in St. Louis
Park, Minnesota. The Holiday Inn Minneapolis West, located near the intersection of
Interstate 394 and U.S. 169, is centrally and conveniently located to all
major attractions and businesses in the Twin Cities. This property
features a four-story atrium lobby, 197 guest rooms, indoor pool,
whirlpool, weight room, executive suites and more than 10,000 square feet
of meeting and event space. There are three food and beverage outlets
onsite: Martha’s restaurant featuring a lively Midwestern bistro; Chappy’s
Lounge to entertain business associates or lounge and watch a sporting
event; and Java Heaven is a coffee bar that serves breakfast pastries,
juices, and Gourmet Coffee products.

“The addition of this hotel to the CSM family complements our current
portfolio,” said Robin Kirk, President of CSM Lodging. “We anticipate
acquiring several hotels this year, not only in our base here in
Minneapolis but in other markets around the country.”

CSM Lodging plans to completely renovate the property over the coming
months, Kirk said. “Our aim is to meet the needs of the current business
traveler, meeting planners and the new generation of leisure travelers,”
Kirk added. “This includes adding high-speed Internet access to every room
as well as the addition of a state-of-the-art business center.”

Holiday Inn hotels are specifically designed for business and family-
oriented leisure travelers in need of a full-service lodging experience.
Holiday Inn guestroom accommodations feature comfortable double, queen or
king-sized beds, a sitting area with a lounge chair, cable television,
