This fifth generation hospitality product provides hoteliers the ability to develop and execute more appropriate and finely tuned strategies for maximized RevPAR. “The addition of this exciting new resort highlights the evolution that has been happening in Las Vegas over the last few years,” said Ed Booth, CEO of IDeaS. “Instead of the overriding emphasis on simply relying on casino revenues, today’s resorts are focused on generating revenue across the board, including specific ways to maximize the profitability of every guest room.”

The 50 story hotel tower will include 2,716 guest rooms including more than 300 large suites and 36 one and two bedroom villas up to 3,000 square feet in size. The property will also feature an eight story man made mountain, a 3 acre lake, a large pool complex, an 18 hole championship golf course, 18 restaurants, a nightclub, a Ferrari and Maserati dealership, 30 boutiques, an art gallery, and two wedding salons.

“The decision made by Wynn Las Vegas to immediately deploy IDeaS underscores the vision of today’s top hotels. Focusing first on providing exceptional guest experiences, but then maintaining unrelenting focus on significant ROI,” added Booth.
