WLAN International Group Selects Wificom’s SAB Server
The WLAN International Group, who have a leading position in providing WLAN and Internet services for marinas and skippers in more than 10 European countries, today announced their choice of Wificom Technologies? SAB Server to continue their expansion.
WLAN International recently decided to complement their existing Cisco network architecture with Wificom?s centralised management solution, SAB Server, to offer their customers a modern communication infrastructure that is an excellent value both on shore and offshore. WLAN International has now operated SAB Server for more than six months with excellent results and a clear improvement in both customer satisfaction and internal operational cost.
Martin Agarius, Managing Director of WLAN International Systems GmbH, said they chose Wificom Technologies because of the high flexibility of SAB Server, its open interfaces, its advanced roaming features and a support service putting forward strong skills and fast response.
?As we are already covering 10 European countries, we really needed a customisable software, flexible enough to help us bring solutions very quickly and to match as accurately as possible the specific needs of the market,? Martin Agarius added. ?We now have enough experience with Wificom?s SAB Server to attest that it truly offers the functionalities that allow us to manage our partner and development strategy exactly the way we want, supporting our expansion rather than constraining it.?
Matthieu Merlio, Sales Manager of Wificom Technologies commented: ?WLAN International Group today is a strong European player. Having WLAN International choose SAB Server as a major component of its wireless offering shows the strength of our service management system. Moreover, the fact that SAB Server adds functionality to an existing Cisco solution demonstrates its suitability for integrating with complex architectures.?
