Best Western Expands Milan Operations

Best Western International, Inc., has relocated its Milan, Italy, Reservations Center to accommodate expansion requirements.
The offices have moved from Bonola Mall, where they have been located since 1992, to the second floor of Via Vespucci 2. Opening today, the new site addresses space needs created by the consolidation of Best Western centers around the world.

“We are pleased with the expansion efforts for our Milan center, a hub for our European operations,” said Will Jansen, vice president of worldwide reservations services. “With this move, we look forward to increasing our staff while providing enhanced reservations, customer service and group support.”

The new Milan offices occupy 7,750 square feet of space and will house an additional 27 reservation agent positions, nearly double the number previously at the Bonola Mall location.

Applicants fluent in German, Swedish, Finnish, Dutch and Norwegian are now being considered for the newly created positions. They will join a Best Western team that also assists French, Spanish, Portuguese, Greek and Italian-speaking customers.

The Best Western Milan Reservations Center currently handles more than 1,700 calls per day, providing customers with reservations assistance at more than 1,000 European member hotels, and thousands of others worldwide.
