and Hodges Ward Elliott announce the formation of HVS Hodges Ward Elliott Investment Services - a new joint venture specializing in hotel brokerage and investment banking services throughout Europe. HVS International’s Charles Human and Rudy Reudelhuber of Hodges Ward Elliott will serve as Managing Directors. Mark Elliott will serve as President. HVS Hodges Ward Elliott Investment Services replaces the former HVS Investment Services as a division of HVS International.

The new venture brings together HVS International’s established hotel advisory and transactional experience in Europe with Hodges Ward Elliott’s strength as the leading hotel brokerage firm in the United States. The combined entity has recent experience of more than $8 billion in transactions volume in both North America and Europe.

“The establishment of HVS Hodges Ward Elliott is a natural extension to HVS’s existing activities in Europe,” states Human. “Our goal is to provide clients with the best possible service in all areas of hotel real estate.”

Mark Elliott adds, “with the increasing globalisation of capital flows, truly effective hotel brokerage and investment banking requires the worldwide client base and international network of offices that this joint venture provides.”
